Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis and in its Entirety the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the Article 1 of the Law "On State Support and peculiarities of the Functioning of the Children Centers "Artek" and "Moloda Gvardia"

The Bill (Reg.№4634) envisages the determining that the children centres "Atrek" and "Moloda Gvardia" are state enterprises that are directed to the sphere of the central body of the executive power, to the subject of the authority of which belong the issue on organization of the recreation of children in Ukraine.

According to the People´s Deputies it would guarantee the children their right on the provision of the recreation on the high level.
